Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of BuilderKit and related services. BuilderKit is owned and operated by Sercan Yemen, an independent software developer operating as a sole proprietor under Turkish law. There is no separate registered company, partnership, or legal entity behind BuilderKit. All services are provided directly by Sercan Yemen.
The operator of the Services for the purposes of these Terms is Sercan Yemen, based in Bursa, Türkiye. Business correspondence regarding these Terms may be directed to hey@builderkit.dev.
By accessing or using the BuilderKit website at https://builderkit.dev (the “Site”) or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
1. Overview
BuilderKit provides a commercial toolkit for building Angular applications, including components, blocks, templates, example applications, and design files. Access to BuilderKit and its content requires a paid license.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using BuilderKit, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.
3. Account Registration and GitHub Requirement
Access to BuilderKit requires creating an account and connecting a valid GitHub account. A GitHub account is mandatory in order to access licensed content, repositories, or collaborator features.
GitHub is used solely to identify users, manage repository access, and enable collaborator invitations. GitHub is not used as a payment processor.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and GitHub connection, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Licensing and Use
When you purchase a license to BuilderKit, you are granted a non exclusive, non transferable license to access and use BuilderKit content for your own development purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms and the License Agreement.
You may use BuilderKit to build and deliver applications or websites for your clients, and you may transfer the resulting compiled end product to your client as part of your services.
However, you may not:
- Transfer, share, or lend your BuilderKit account or license
- Resell, sublicense, distribute, or publish BuilderKit source code, components, templates, or design assets as a standalone product, toolkit, template, design system, or development dependency
- Create, publish, or distribute derivative frameworks, component libraries, UI kits, templates, or design systems that are substantially based on BuilderKit’s structure, source code, or proprietary implementation
- Include BuilderKit as a development dependency in any publicly distributed library, framework, or package
All use of BuilderKit is subject to our License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the License Agreement, the License Agreement governs with respect to product usage rights and license scope.
Each individual developer accessing BuilderKit must be covered by a valid license seat in accordance with the License Agreement.
5. Payments
Payments are securely processed through Polar. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Access to paid content is granted only after successful payment and license activation. Payment alone does not guarantee access. Access remains conditional upon compliance with these Terms and the License Agreement.
BuilderKit is a digital product that provides immediate access to licensed content. For this reason, all sales are considered final once access has been granted.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion, except where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use
YYou agree not to use BuilderKit to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, bypass, or tamper with protected, obfuscated, restricted, or gated content
- Interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute malicious or harmful content
- Replicate, repackage, redistribute, or otherwise make BuilderKit available in a manner that circumvents license restrictions or access controls
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through BuilderKit, including code, components, documentation, visuals, and branding, is the intellectual property of Sercan Yemen. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may not use BuilderKit branding, trademarks, or assets in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without prior written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, including account access and repository access, at any time if you violate these Terms, the License Agreement, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Payment does not guarantee continued or future access. Access remains conditional upon ongoing compliance with these Terms and the License Agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse service, deny account creation, revoke access, or decline future purchases at our sole discretion, including in cases of prior license violations or suspected misuse.
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
Termination of access to the Services does not relieve you of any obligations under the License Agreement, including any requirement to cease use of BuilderKit or delete licensed content where applicable.
9. Disclaimers
BuilderKit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error free, or risk free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at https://builderkit.dev/legal/terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
